We at YTDS offer Education and Training, Access to Resources, Support Services, and Advocacy to the youth in the deserving employment category.

Our Aim

YTDS's primary goal is to empower individuals by providing them with the necessary skills, resources, and opportunities to secure gainful employment. We believe that employment not only provides financial stability but also enhances self-worth and contributes to the overall growth of communities.

As an NGO dedicated to employment generation, our mission is to create pathways that lead to meaningful livelihoods for individuals and communities. In this blog, let's explore our endeavours, strategies, and ways you can contribute to this cause.

Our Approach Towards Employment

YTDS, in association with Zomato, initiated a drive for Women to make them financially self-reliant and promote employment. We were committed to onboarding and employing women to become Zomato delivery partners to fulfill their dreams and achieve their goals.

We conducted multiple drives to promote and support employment in multiple cities like Pune, Mumbai & Bengaluru.

In this drive, we have onboarded 150+ women so far and have made them self sufficient and self-reliant.

We strive to offer a unique work environment that is focused on social impact and community engagement. We believe in creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, development, and collaboration.
